A five-part series of audio experiments that focuses on causation. In particular, I am exploring the summation of experiences that are predestined by a direct incident – intended or not. Some inspiration is derived by current social and economic experiences of peoples around our globe. Born into what condition is the question. The random (or not) events that cause a life form to crystalize into its current manifestation is the inspiration. We are all innocent in the beginning, but we are ultimately formed into the person we become through a chain of life events, all the way to our journeys end.

This recording spans the years 2012-2014 in its gestation of performance and recording. Using original archived tape recordings and current instrumentation, this collection of soundscapes captures the essence of the will to change in a time of stagnant polarization. I hope you enjoy.
